The Blender Process
Step 1) Mixing:
Ingredients like surfactants, builders, and perfumes are fed into the large blender.
There are two types of blenders; one is tumbling blender which rectangular-shaped blending type while the other is ribbon blender which is cylindrical in shape.

Blender allows the ingredients to scrap and mix with each other

Ingredients are dissolved in water to create a slurry.

The slurry is blown through nozzles inside the top of a cone-shaped container with the help of the pump; dry air is simultaneously forced into the bottom of the cone.
Step 3) Drying Of Slurry:
Once the slurry dries, dry detergent falls to the bottom of the conical container.
