His Grandma brought him some Haldi Dudh (Turmeric Milk) in a kulhad, which she put in one of the bonfire’s corners to re-heat. His Eureka time came when he saw the bubbling dudh in the Kulhad. The light bulb atop his head illuminated after a sip of haldi dudh. Darn, it was delicious and packed with a smoky flavor. Who knew a one-of-a-kind blend of Kulhad and Tandoor would result in their signature Tandoori Tadka chai?

Pramod set out on a quest to discover new kulhad variants, armed with inspiration. With nothing else to do here, their forefather wanted to take matters into his own hands. He searched high and low for the perfect tandoor chai Patti, drank 200 cups of chai to arrange the best tandoor chai Patti, sampled several tandoor bhattis to find the best brew, and finally produced the golden chai masala.
