On December 12, 2013, Hilton again became a public company, raising an estimated $2.35 billion in its second IPO. At the time, The Blackstone Group held a 45.8 percent stake in the company. In October 2016, China’s HNA Group agreed to acquire a 25 percent equity interest in Hilton from Blackstone. The transaction was expected to close in the first quarter of 2017.Hilton’s largest stockholders were until mid 2018 HNA Group, Blackstone, and Wellington Management Group, which as of March 2017 owned 25%, 15.2%, and 6.7% of Hilton common stock respectively. Apprenticeships provide team members with the opportunity to combine work and study by mixing on-the-job training with off-the-job learning. Apprentices are employed by Hilton and carry out a real job and usually spend about 20% of their time learning, either off the job in the hotel, at a college or a training center. By the end of the apprenticeship, the Apprentice will have gained the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to commence in their chosen career, and potentially progress onto the next apprenticeship level. Hilton hotel provides a 10 week internship program. This program is perfect for current undergraduate sophomores and juniors interested in property operations.
- It is a one week general rotation.
- 9 weeks is spent focused in a department: Finance & Accounting, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Human Resources, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, or Event Services.
- Applicants must possess a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher and be currently enrolled as a full-time college student with a BA degree in Hospitality, Business, or related degree.
Hilton Corporate Internship Program is a 10 day internship program. It develops the next generation of business leaders by offering undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain real world experience at one of our key corporate HQ locations: Memphis, Dallas, McLean, VA

Preferred Backgrounds are: consulting, hospitality, finance, data analytics and business strategy.
