Khadim’s was established in December 3, 1981 as S.N. Footwear Industries Private Limited, a private limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies.
Through the next many years, the company was involved in whole-selling and distribution of branded basic utility footwear. From 1993, with its foray into retailing, Khadim’s emerged as a popular fashion footwear brand.
Today, under the able leadership of Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Siddhartha Roy Burman, Khadim’s has grown to 799 branded exclusive retail stores across 23 states and 1 Union Territory nationally.
The Company operates through two distinct business verticals, Retail and Distribution, each with its predominantly own customer base, sale channels and product range.
The Company has established growth and success in these two segments, serving customers’ need for affordable and quality footwear.

A. Interior Decoration of the retail shop to be executed by Khadim’s appointed interior designing vendors as per specifications of Khadim’s.

B. The proposed Exclusive Dealer is required to purchase and maintain a stock of Khadim’s Merchandise. The amount of which shall be decided after conducting a Market Survey and assessing the Market potential of the shop’s location. Moreover, this Stock level must increase for the festive months around the year.
C. The proposed Exclusive Dealer needs to keep and maintain a refundable Security Deposit of minimum Rs.2 Lakhs.
D. At the time of the inauguration of the proposed showroom, Khadim’s will be organizing and conducting an Awareness Campaign and Outdoor Advertisement. The financial estimate of which shall be conveyed to the Exclusive Dealer in advance. The cost will be shared by Exclusive Dealer and Khadim’s in a 50:50 ratio approximately within a budget of Rs.1 Lakh. Along with this, Khadim’s shall support the EBO with their brand marketing activity as planned on an annual basis.
E. The proposed Exclusive Dealer selling our Branded products must not indulge in the purchase or selling of other branded products from the showroom.
F. All payments need to be deposited by the proposed Exclusive Dealer with Khadim’s in advance at the time of processing of the Dealership Application Form.
How Much Area Is Required For Khadim’s Store in India
For Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO):
Should have at least 500-1000 sq.ft (Ground Floor) in High Street Market or Mall; With an Adjoining Warehouse Space of 500-700 sq.ft; With a Minimum Frontage of 14ft; And a Minimum Market Potential of 10,000-12,000 sale per day
Brand Outlet (BO):
Should have at least 250–400 sq.ft (Ground Floor) in High Street Market or Mall; With an Adjoining Warehouse Space of 250-400 sq.ft; With a Minimum Frontage of 12ft; And a Minimum Market Potential of 5,000 sales per day.
